Baimaoxing
As a leading High-Quality Steel Coil Galvanized Manufacturer & Supplier, we recognize that galvanized steel is the backbone of modern civilization. From the structural skeletons of skyscrapers to the precision components of electric vehicle (EV) chassis, galvanized steel provides an essential balance of tensile strength and electrochemical protection. The global market is currently undergoing a shift toward "Green Steel," where hot-dip galvanizing processes are being optimized via AI-driven thermal control to reduce carbon footprints while increasing coating uniformity.
Our R&D focuses on "Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium" (ZAM) coatings, which offer 3x the corrosion resistance of traditional GI. We utilize continuous galvanizing lines (CGL) with integrated thickness sensors.
Search trends indicate a move toward DX51D and S350GD grades for solar mounting systems. We provide localized compliance for Eurocode and ASTM standards to support these renewable energy hubs.
Authoritativeness is built through strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015. Every coil is shipped with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) verifying chemical composition and mechanical properties.
Located in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, China, Shandong Baimaoxing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a large steel supplier specializing in research and development, processing, sales, and technical services. Our comprehensive business covers steel pipes, steel plates, round bars, steel coils, angle bars, flat bars, I-beams, stainless steel plates, stainless steel coils, stainless steel pipes, copper plates, and copper bars, aluminum coils, titanium rods, galvanized steel coils, PPGI, and more.
Baimaoxing adopts a scientific management model, and its products are widely used in industries such as aerospace, military equipment, petrochemicals, automotive parts, shipbuilding, precision machining, transportation and rail, engineering machinery, electrical equipment, and packaging machinery.

We provide deep-intent mining for local building codes. In coastal regions (C4/C5 environments), we recommend high-mass zinc coatings (Z275+) to ensure a 50-year structural lifespan.
Strategic warehousing near major ports allows for rapid DDP/CIF shipping. Our packaging includes VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper to prevent white rust during trans-oceanic transit.
Beyond supply, we offer precision slitting, decoiling, and tension leveling to meet the tight tolerances required by automated stamping machines in the electronics sector.

Our galvanized products serve as the foundation for Air-Conditioning Ducts, Cable Trays, Highway Guardrails, and Automotive Body Panels. By optimizing the spangle size (zero spangle vs. regular spangle), we ensure superior paint adhesion for PPGI applications and decorative architectural finishes.

Grades: 4140/4130/4340. Thickness 6-600mm. Features excellent machinability and weldability. Compliant with ASTM and GB standards for machinery parts and automotive components.
Grades: Q195/Q235/A36/SS400. Categorized by carbon content: Low-carbon (Cā¤0.25%), medium, and high carbon. Essential for structural engineering and fluid delivery pipelines.
ASTM A53/A106 Gr.B. Sch40/Sch80. Produced through perforation of solid round steel followed by hot/cold rolling. High strength for pressure applications.
Hot-dip galvanizing involves submerging the steel in a molten zinc bath, resulting in a thicker, more durable coating (Z275+) ideal for outdoor structural use. Electro-galvanizing uses an electrolytic process for a thinner, smoother finish, typically used for indoor appliances and automotive panels where paint finish is critical.
The lifespan is directly proportional to the zinc thickness. In a typical rural environment, a Z275 coating can last over 20 years, whereas in industrial or marine environments, a higher Z450 or Z600 coating might be required to prevent early oxidation.
White rust occurs when galvanized coils are stored in humid, poorly ventilated conditions. We prevent this by applying a chemical passivation (chromated or chrome-free) and using waterproof VCI packaging during transit.
Yes, our facility is equipped with high-precision slitting lines that can decoil and slit steel to specific widths (down to 20mm) and cut-to-length sheets with a tolerance of ±0.5mm.
