2B is a mill finish which is smooth and slightly reflective, achieved by cold rolling, heat treatment, and pickling, followed by a light pass on polished rolls. BA (Bright Annealed) is processed in a controlled atmosphere furnace to retain a highly reflective, mirror-like finish without the need for additional polishing.
We use AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) systems on our 20-high mills. This system uses real-time laser sensors to adjust roll pressure instantly, ensuring tolerances as tight as +/- 0.01mm across the entire length of the coil.
